About

Annalisa Kumi was born and raised in London, England. Writing and creating from a young age, it took a global pandemic for her to do something with her stories. Shortlisted for the inaugural Mo Siewcharran Prize, Nobodies: Free among the dead is her first novel. The story navigates themes as wide ranging as illegal immigration, domestic terrorism, and modern day slavery through the attempts of Elida, PJ, and Leigh to belong in a society that would prefer they remained invisible.
